Hamburg based photographer Carsten Witte specializes in fashion, beauty and lifestyle photography for brands and magazines and continues to produce fine art prints for galleries worldwide.


At the age of 21, Witte joined an advertising agency to become one year later the assistant of S. Kercher, a big name in still life photography. A few years later, Witte got his first editorial publications, mainly in fashion magazines. From the early nineties, Carsten Witte started to travel all around the world as a photo reporter for ADAC, Merian, Kodak and Mens Health. He did several advertising campaigns for Telekom and Görtz. His arty photography has been featured on billboards, in magazines and in galleries and exhibitions: Apropos (Cologne), Grooma (Munchen), PhotographyGalerie (Hamburg) and Kunstbureau (Paris).
