Open All Winter

Mouthwatering knitted fruits & veggies print campaign by Canadian advertising agency Wax Partnership for the Farmer’s Market in Calgary. The brief was to let people know that the market is open all winter and produces tons of fresh fruit and vegetables, even during the severe Canadian winters.

Cold and tons of snow, that’s just how a normal Canadian winter goes. Temperatures can be minus 15°C and face-numbing wind chills are real killers. When you come home from a day out in below-freezing temperatures, it’s important to add some healthy fresh fruit and vegetables full of vitamins to your cold-weather menu. This whole ad concept by Wax Partnership is pretty great. They came up some fitting outfits for bananas, pears, carrots and tomatoes; a clever way to get the point. Red to realistic, orange to organic, green to gorgeous, yellow to yummy – beautiful campaign.
